Results of the second psi experiment

The following describes the results obtained from the second experiment.

First of all, the answer to the experiment's question. The object was the hole puncher. The result can be verified by hashing with SHA1 the following text and comparing it to the value of the hash string found in the experiment text:

First of all, I'd like to thank all the participants for taking the time to do this. Special thanks go to those of you who left me comments and remarks. Your support encourages me.

Since the second experiment was also flawed from the design point of view, it is once again impossible to draw conclusions based upon its results. Although colors were eliminated and the position of the images was switched randomly, the objects to guess was still one particular object. This way, it is not possible to know if people chose what they chose because of any kind of psi effect or because of a personal preference (even subconscious) of an object. Big thanks go to Topher and Brian, who take the time to explain me about designing good parapsychology experiments.

I’ve received 711 answers to experiment 1, which was less than 1500 for experiment 1.

The total answers distribution is in the following table:

As you can see the correct answer got the least percentage. But as I've said, it only has to say about people's personal preferences of objects.

The table below displays the distribution of the answer results by the reported methods used. The form had 5 preset selections and an Other Method open field. The preset selections were Guess, Intuition, Visualization, Remote Viewing (RV) and Dowsing.

Unfortunately, I can't see anything interesting from the above results. The more "advanced" methods seem to perform a little better, with a little more equal distribution of answers between the 4, but it doesn't look very significant.

The following table shows the distribution of answers by subjective abilities.

The best results were given by those who believed that head strong abilities (7.3% of participants) but not those who knew that.

I also wanted to see if there's any positional bias in the answers. Below is the table of the answer locations (1 being leftmost and 4 being rightmost). As you can see, the distribution is very even, unlike it was in the first experiment, where 5 possible locations provided much stronger psychological biases to select specific locations.
